I was able to boot on my old windows drive can I somehow fix my new one?

I was just chilling and enjoying the night when suddenly my computer blue screened with code error: System service exception When I try to restart it tells me to select proper boot device. When entering Bios it detects all the drives.

Just buy a new quality PSU.

I have a i5-8400 CPU and i just got a RTX 3060. How much is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU and should i upgrade it? If so then whats the best budget upgrade? Ram- DDR4 2666Mhz 2x8GB
