I just started having the exact same issue with my Asus Crosshair Hero VIII x570 board. On reboot, goes straight to BIOS and no NVME detected. Shutdown fully, then turn power back on, boots just fine. I have all the latest updates for the BIOS, drivers, and Windows, I can't find anything...
