Is this a good pc build for low-mid gaming?

Okay, I upgraded the motherboard but I couldn't find that particular RAM at a good price here. I found RAM DDR4 KINGSTON HX FURY 8GB which is 2400Hz. Is that one good?

i3 530 with gtx1050 ti mini 4gb?

Hello everyone :) i found a pre-built with an i3 530 and 8gb ram and was thinking of buying a gtx 1050 ti mini 4gb. Will it be too much for it to handle?
