Currently, I have a Rosewill Ranger-M case, a reference R9 290, and a i5 3470 with a stock cooler. I was wondering if I put a Corsair H55 water cooler in the side panel for my r9 290 would it affect case temperatures negatively? I would very much like to use the HG10 A1 bracket to cool my R9 290...

So I changed the cmos jumper from the neutral/off position to these 2 black pins somewhere else on the motherboard and that seemed to fix the problem. Any idea what those pins might be? The motherboard is a lenovo CIH61C
