Its weird, i reset my Bios and everything appears to be working now, Thank you to everyone who helped me narrow down the problem

I think it could be a Bios issue, when i went into Bios and turned on oc genie it crashed again but it was a completley different crash, is there anyway i can completely reset my bios or a way to check if it is the bios?

is it possible that it was damaged when i was moving? it doesnt show any outside physical damage and was in the case the entire time but i guess it could be a possibility. What would be some side effects of physical damgage?
