    Try to set up a static ip on your pc and see if it persists.

    First check that the heatsink firmly touches on the cpu and gpu. Perhaps you screwed it a bit loose. Then see if anything was misplaced such as the RAM.

    could be an issue with RAM. Do you have another stick you can try? Perhaps also try placing the RAM stick onto another slot?
