Since yesterday my pc was all fine, today i powered it on and while working it suddenly restarted after getting restarted i started working again but after 5-10 mins it suddenly freezed/hanged. I restarted it but it didn't worked like it used to work. After logging in it hangs up after 30 seconds

It will surely bottleneck it because that processor being a tri-core as most of the games support quad core . That gpu has the potential to run almost each game to med-high and even ultra but will struggle to do so because of that cpu :(

Yeah u r good to go but if u can spend extra then u can buy gtx 970 instead but otherwise fab gaming rig you are setting no bottlenecking or incompatibility. But where is your case/cabinet ?

While gaming i get 60fps around in most games but after 5-10 mins i start getting 18-25fps i ran the game in windowed mode to open cpu-z and checked that my stock clock speeds were reduced to 400mhz actually they were supposed to be 1150mhz then after restarting the system i again get 60fps...

I am using Gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3 mobo And using stock cooler for cpu on stock clock Now can you elaborate ?
