Hi, i wanted to know if my pc can handle most games and was wondering what games require the highest specs so that i can test my fps and stuff

i have got an msi r9 270x graphics card and wanted to know weather i should use amd's drivers or msi's drivers because only msi let me use oc mode

just installed my new graphics card i reboot the pc it shows the first logo for my motherboard then the screen just goes black help im so confused it is connected by dvi btw
