    What ever works for you, If you are concerned about privacy, then I do believe that both of them apps have comprehensive cleaning. I just use ccleaner because its simple and ease of use works for me also I have found that over time no matter what I do windows gets bogged down..

    Most SSD's will come with an installation guide and some sort of cloning software for you to use, you can use this to clone over your Operating system. Also make sure that your boot order is correct in the bios settings (Usually DEL/F8 when starting up)
