Hey, I have the Seasonic Si2ii 520W as a power supply, and currently have a GTX 1080 with an i5 6500. My system runs fine now, but if I upgrade to a 6700k and overclock it a little will it push my PSU too far?

I want to know if I can play CS:GO at 144 fps on max settings with this CPU: Intel core i7 6700(non-k), base clock 3.4 GHz, turbo boost 4.0 ghz. (8 threads, 8 MB cache). I also have a GTX 970. I heard CS:GO is very CPU intensive so that is why I am asking. Thanks!

I have an Intel i7 6700, with a base clock of 3.4 GHz, and a turbo boost of 4 GHz. (8 MB cache and 8 threads.) Will this cpu bottleneck a GTX 970, and allow the 970 to reach its potential?
