    Thanks for the reply! I updated BIOS yesterday and got a BSOD 2 times. I focused on CPU now, Intel Diagnostics all OK, stress tests OK. But with some Googling I found that for some people with very same problem as me and similar PC setup, helped turning off the CPU C States Support in the BIOS...

    Thank you! Installer came from the Factory reset. I tried the online one and that failed. All drivers are installed via ArmouryCrate from ASUS.
