It works and spins but I'll try to reinstall it

So I uninstalled all of the parts of my Pc and reinstalled them. And now when I try to open it, it freezes and crashes. Sometimes with a blue screen sometimes directly. So I got in to BIOS and it shows that Cpu Temp is 100C. Is that true or just a mistake? Is my Cpu really 100c? Also my BIOS...

I'm in Turkey and it's hard to find 1600 AF but I will try to find it. ASrock is 50 dollars more expensive in my country.

Thanks guys. I changed my mind. I'm going with the Ryzen. I'm gonna buy R5 2600. I've chosen Gigabyte's B450M S2H for that. What do you think about this motherboard?

I don't know about Ryzen. People say it's more for rendering and multitasking than gaming. I hear Intel is better for gaming.

I'm still not sure. There is still a big price difference between i3 and others you have been talking about. (Especially in my country) But I'm not going to buy i3, too. So I'm gonna wait the next gen as @mkaafy said. I can sell İ5 6400 for 123 dollars in my country and buy İ3 9100F for 80...
