I tried what you said and the Nvidia audio drives are gone but still no sign of Realtek. (besides a new "High definition Audio device" in my device manager. Other than that my audio still doesn't work and Realtek Audio manager is nowhere to be found. Realtek isn't showing up in my control panel...

It was already enabled in BIOS.

This may sound weird but I had a very similar issue and my computer worked while connected to a TV. Then I was able to go into resolution/display settings and mess around with it until my monitor got a signal. I'm not at ALL knowledgeable with computers but I hope this helps!
