I've got an MSI Katana GF76 11UE-461XFR, which has an 85W TDP GPU. the thing is, the GPU power will often drop from 80W to around 40W and I can't seem to identify the reason. I don't think it's thermal throttling since when monitoring the temperatures the power sometimes drop when the GPU is at...
