I have installed Win 10 with no improvement. CS:GO - 20 - 40fps G-Mod - 20 - 30fps (No addons) Portal 2 - 30fps Starbound - 20fps Saints Row IV - 25fps These results are garbage and I am getting desperate. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.
