about 700gb is already used up. I have ran disk cleanup and cc cleaner and defraged disc with no improvments.

My computer has recently got slow over the past few months, and im suspecting it is because of my western digital caviar black 1tb. I tested it on HDD benchmark and it will randomly drop in performance as low as 2mb/s. IS there anyway to fix it? or do i need to buy a new one pic: of benchmark...
