    PSU making buzzing noise?

Hello, I'm having bad luck with PSU's lately. I have an old custom build without a PSU. I tried using an HP one but it has an issue when it isn't used with an HP mobo that makes the fans run 100%. Anyways, I have a Lite-On PSU and it makes this electrical buzzing noise almost like interference...

    CPU > AMD A10-7700K Under $125? (flexible)

I've been using my AMD A10-7700K for a little over a year and it's been running fine, but now I feel it's time for an upgrade. It's beginning to slow down for my needs. I use my PC for light gaming such as CS:GO, CoD BO2 and below, and hopefully GTA V. I do moderate video editing at 1080p...

    Computer suddenly shuts off

Try booting into safe mode and seeing if the same thing happens. Also try going into the BIOS setup and leave it idle to see if it still reboots.

I7 7700k or i7 7700 which is better for this.

The K version is slightly faster (around 15%), so it may make a difference when you're using that one intensive application. If you don't want to spend the extra money the 7700 will do just fine.

    Seagate or Western Digital ?

I personally own both Seagate and WD drives, and I don't know too much about modern WD drives but most of the older (2000-2010) era drives I own have failed. I'd personally go with the Seagate as it's 7200RPM. It's a matter of preference.

where is the volume button on acer E15 laptop?

There may not be a volume button, rather use the volume control on Windows. In the bottom right, there is a speaker icon. Press it, and change the volume that way.
