    Thats not that bad, even thought they are brandless, RAM is RAM, buying cheaper memory just means you bought cheaper memory. But all-in-all Its a CPU bottleneck. I would recommend getting an i7-7700k because you can overclock them if you want more performance later on.

    Yes it could be likely, but it could also be the amount of RAM you have installed as well. Assuming that you have 16GB however, then yes, it would be the CPU.
