Jokes on you guys I just unplugged the power like 15 times plugged in a DVI cable and it worked! I swear posting on here helps me find the solution on my own.

The printer I have doesn't show up on my PC in Device manager or even when I download the drivers that are meant to find the printer using the IP or hostname.

Yeah, I had the 360 which was way better than the One for several reasons. Upgrading my PC is better than having it collect dust and get played twice a year.
