Yeah Windows says Generic PnP but NVIDIA Control Panel sees it as Ancor Communications which after a quick search seems to be right for my model.

Yeah I actually found out what it was. The MSI H81-E33 has the updates from 6.0 up, I had the MSI H81-E33 V2 and even though I thought it was only minor differences, the bios updates are different. Mine starts at 11.0 and up.
