Will a gt 635 work on a 220w power supply?

my motherboard is WMCP78M what is the best CPU for it i think it has a 65 watt limit on it. Right now it has an athlon 64 x2 5000+. I know its old but i wanna upgrade it for fun to see how much better i can make it. maybe even make it a small little gaming pc.
