I read somewhere that the intel soultions is what you should have for this cpu but its $80 and i dont want to spend that much. for some reason this cpu dosent come with a heatsink or anything and i dont have anything that will work with my new rig...

i have a duo 3.0 dual core and a 2.4 quad Q6600 i was told the quad would be better but my games feel more laggy

8GB (4x 2GB) PC2-5300F DDR2 667MHz FB DIMM HP Proliant DL360 DL380 G5 Memory So i got this off ebay and did not notice that it was server ram. so if i buy the server box thing could i use this to host a minecraft server and/or other game servers? if i can how much would i have to learn about it...

my gpu is an nvidia gtx 970 i have a 3.0 dual core cpu and 8gbs of ram. i may be wrong but should'nt i get at least 60fps in gta or fallout 4 if not 60 mabye at least a solid 30? what am i doing wrong
