Hello, today i bought a new psu its a HKC -v450 w, then i've putted my rx 470, and i opened a game to play and i started to hear noise coming from the pc, though i dont know where its coming from exactly, but it was annoying and after while..my pc shutted down, and it says asus anti surge...
