temp seems fine under 100% load. I think you have a going bad PSU.

What OS are you running? Go into computer management and look at the event viewer for errors. It might give you some indication. Have you swapped out the PSU yet? That would be my next step. I would not put money in this machine. It is an older machine. It may be time for a new machine. :)

Make sure your CPU fan is plugged into the CPU FAN pins. If its in the case fan it may not read correctly and cause the system to shutdown. Add a case fan to increase cooling. The temp looks fine right now, but when you start using the machine it may heat up. Other than that, it could be your PSU.
