I also had this problem but after installing an antivirus programme (genuine) the problem disappeared. so try installing an genuine antivirus or Quickheal Native boot scan .

Thanks for your reply But i installed all my drivers except VGA and then created a restore point and the installed VGA driver (latest). After that I got the problem then I restored my system then everything worked as usual. But in xp mode after installing VGA this shutting down problem does not...

Try doing a system restore open start . search for cmd i.e command prompt and then type rstrui.exe which open system restore. then u can easily follow the steps. Let me know if this solves your problem.

No you cant download in sleep mode. as sleep mode is just like shut down. but when you turn your pc on you nedd no booting.

try doing system restore. open command prompt and typr'rstrui.exe' with out quotes. and then the retore point this may solve your issue. let us know what happens next.
