    [SOLVED] Baffled by odd internet speed issues that came out of nowhere, tried many different solutions but none have worked.

    This was something I figured wasn't an issue because my phone which is using my ISP's dns is connecting just fine, but I went ahead and tried it anyways and flushed the dns and if anything it was just a little slower, so no dice.
