some thermal paste went on the motherboard is the motherboard damaged. the thermal paste is arctic silver 5, and my heatsink fell off my processor, the computer still works. is my processor damaged. And can i still overclock my processor.

there is this burning smell and it never happened before, i checked the temperatures of my computer and and are all at 30 degrees celsius except one where it is at 84 degrees celsius called temp1, what should i do.
