I was face same problem only one time, just after booting on the Xpressrecovery cd , to make backup. backup was not working m, and juste after the rebot 1 disk was put on non raid. i've choose to no put this soft again on the cd rom now since 2 month everything is ok (bios F10 may help you ?) rgds

you're mobo is not ds3 , because ds3 is using jmicron chipset for RAID 0 configuration and you're mobo is using INTEL ICH8 chipset for the raid rgds

from my case i've changed the HardDisk interface from sata 2 to sata 1 mode all seems ok but perfs in burst mode is 150 mb/s... ps: i've raid 1 system on jmicron and second hard disk on Intel ich8 sata port ... why this ports don't support sata2 speed when jmicron is activated...

I've 2x80 Go Hitachi in Raid0 using Jmicron Controler on ,y DS3 rev1 (BIOS F10) I've 120Mb average speed on hdtach (win xp sp2) May be you need to install the latest drivers jmicron...

tks for your help this is not the reason the hitachi disk hasn't this funstion and works fine once windows booted i don't understand why i'm the only one to have configured my mobo with 2x80 Go raid 0 (GSATA : purple) 1x320 Go Sata (intel: Yellow) this is a standard cofig isnt'it ??? rgds

Tks Xeni but my problem is not located on raid software i've 2 disks 80Go on Raid 0 on the GSata purple plug BUT I'VE ALSO 1 disk 320Go on the Yello PLUG , and this is this disk who make 3 error on the event viewer only during boot, the iastor.sys is a intel driver from ich8 chipset once booted...
