    Being as it is a cheap keyboard, defects such as this are to be expected. If you can still return it, I would advise that you do so. As far as I know, this is not really an issue that can be fixed without some significant electrical engineering background.

    Hmm, whenever I encounter issues like this I have a checklist (when you feel that the system is fixed, you can stop): Run CCleaner and do the Registry fix (if issue persists, continue) Roll-back ANY overclock (RAM, GPU, CPU, etc). Switch the RAM to different slots. Try different variations...
