    problem with gpu

    Hi,I want someone to help me.I want to order this gpu from a guy,but i think its broken.Look: https://imgur.com/a/OpZ1Noo the red thing with the msi whing written on it,is it broken,should i order it?I think its a pci slot,or maybe a protection.
