Where are the pins for the power switch on this thing?

I just purchased a second hand lga1155 motherboard from the brand ECS, but I have no idea where the power switch should be plugged in. Here is a link of the manual for anyone that would like to lend me a hand. http://download.ecs.com.cn/dlfileecs/manual/mb/H61H2-MV/H61H2-MV%20V1.0.pdf

8 pin power cable on 6 pin power connector.

I recently bought an rx 460 from xfx but I was not aware of the 6 pin power connector. I only have a 8 pin power cable on my psu and I wanna know If I can still use it even with leftover pins. I also use an 8 pin cable for the 4 pin connector on my motherboard and it works just fine, so I have...

Would the Xeon E5-2650v2 work well for gaming?

I'm interested on buying a second hand workstation that packs a Xeon E5-2650v2 with 16gb of Ram for 500$ but I will mostly use it for gaming and slight programming. I already own a gaming desktop, though a little dated still does the job, but I think with 500$ that desktop will pack quite the...

Can a Graphics Card be bottleneck by low power draw?

Running a generic 400 Watt power supply for years, I decided to get a GTX 960 for its low powerdraw and efficiency. The problem is that its not performing as expected when paired with a Core i5 2310 and 8GB of Ram. Its been a problem for a while now until I decided to switch connections on my...

Can you indentify what graphics card will work?

Here is the deal, an old dell optiplex usually uses the lga 775 socket which only compatible Core 2 series. And considering how old it is that is probably a PCIe Gen 1 slot. You could probably run a gtx 750 ti on there, but anything more powerful than that will be severely bottlenecked by your...

Do I get permanent slowdown/damage from high temps?

*Using an Intel Core i5 2310 paired with a GTX 960* So after suffering heavy frame drops on many of the titles that I play I decided to look into my CPU temps and discovered that it tops out at 79 Degrees Celsius, well above the recommended temps for the 2nd Gen Intel CPUs (When compared to a...

I have an intel 2310 CPU, Should I switch to an FX 8350?

Zen CPUs are just around the corner so I'll wait for those and make a decision. If they are priced competitively I'll consider the switch. If they still fall behind intel on gaming then I'll probably upgrade to skylake. Thanks for the help!

I have an intel 2310 CPU, Should I switch to an FX 8350?

Thats odd, benchmarks for the FX say otherwise. It actually competes well with 4th gen intel processors, especially with newer api such as directx12. Ive seen the FX push more than 100fps on demanding titles. Is it really as bad as you guys say?

I have an intel 2310 CPU, Should I switch to an FX 8350?

I got an intel 2310 CPU back in 2013 thinking it was a good budget option that would last me a full generation but I was surprised to find that this CPU struggles to achieve high framerates on newer titles no matter what settings I disable. Battlefield 4 runs on an average of 50FPS on the most...

Is the Intel Core i5 2310 decent for gaming?

No luck. The game even used to behave very similarly with the Radeon HD 7770 I had. Not only that when I upgraded I did a clean install of the OS and while I did get the performance boost the symptoms are still there. Guess Im just gonna have to deal with low frame rates overall on this game...
