I changed the bios settings so that the error code board displays the cpu temp. I'm looking at the display and AIDA. Board says the CPU is 53c AIDA says 63. Corsair software says 63. Everything displays about 10 degrees higher than what the board says the cpu is. I have the case open right now...

I reset my bios to defaults and it says 3.7 in it. Cooler looks good, task manager says base speed is 3.7 but the actual speed its running at fluctuates but basically stays around 4.2
