you cannot change a dedicated graphic card :D , do you have a laptop ? , unfortunately if you are having issues with a dedicated GPU you have a big trouble there , have it checked by a professional .

to be honest i recommend changing your entire PSU because its not that good and not reliable i won't risk it with my system , and about the pins i dont have any info abt it... sorry
