i have tried uninstall both gpu from device manager and reinstall them but failed and i tried disabling intel gpu from device manager and i tried to run GTAV and nfs:rivals of cuz is very lag but at least it has display so is it intel gpu's problem?

i cant change the graphics setting because the black screen/err08 is at startup
