I do photogrammetry/geospatial data processing and we use 128 GB in most of our desktop builds (X299). Large projects routinely use 100+ GB, I simply could not do these projects w/ 64 GB or less. I can see us moving to 256 GB eventually and it's not too crazy to think I might be using 1TB+...
