Got firmware email. I proceeded and I lost my drive. Four hours to get a live person at Samsung. They only offered me a reconditioned drive. Does this mean that with the read write characteristics of ssd this would mean a drive with a shorter life.

I also got hit with an email to install new firmware. Wiped the drive . It took 4 hours to finally get a person to talk to. I was very upset that they offered only reconditioned drives as a replacement. My drive was only 4 months old. I think we should be careful in accepting anything but a...
