Can I get by without any cpu cooler at all if I don't plan on over clocking anytime soon?

Wow I didn't even think of that. If I were planning on over clocking in the future but not anytime within the next year or so, do you think I could get away with dropping the cpu cooler all together and buying one when I want to?

Hello everyone I have a quick question. I have an Evga 500 watt 80+ bronze power supply and pcpartpicker says my (soon to be built) rig will need about 484 watts. Basically I'd like to know if that's cutting it a little too close for comfort or if it will be fine. Thanks in advance!
