I will upgrade my PSU later aswell but my pc would actually work with just 420W? Even with the new card?

Right now i have a AMD radeon hd 4650 and want to upgrade it. I was told to upgrade to a nvidia GeForce 750 ti because it wouldlt bottleneck my CPU. I also have a 420W PSU in my pc. Anyway, my question is as following: do i need to get a more powerful PSU for my pc to handle a 750 ti?

And also, does v-sync work with a 750 ti?

But i wont see any lag in mist games? I dont require it to run at 60. I just dont want any lag :P

Should i be able to get 60 fps even without the ftw edition?

And how much fps would i have in LoL? Im using quite Low resolution. 1024x700 or something like that

Hello :) Right now i have an AMD radeon hd 4650 and i need to upgrade it. I also have a AMD phenom 9500 at 2.2 Ghz and im worried about bottlenecking. My Budget is around 200$. I was thinking about a Sapphire Radeon r9 270x but i dont know if it would bottleneck my CPU. Thanks for answers :)...
