Omg my savior, my god bless you!! I js checked the monitors settings/menu on both and there was a wierd little F symbol up top so I opened the menu as well on my other monitor and saw there wasn't one so I pressed reset on the menu the F disappeared and it fixed it!!! its back to normal no more...
