Thanks, this fixed it!

When I open Razer Synapse, it shows my devices on the dashboard, but I cannot interact with them. They are grayed out, and it just shows an infinite loading animation. I can't change the lighting on any of the devices. I've tried reinstalling Synapse, restarting my PC, changing around the ports...
