I read in the dell forum that my Alienware have two slots, one gen4 up to 2tb and another gen3 up to 1tb max, y put both 2tb units, there's is the posibility that I damaged the m2?

The thing is that I want to do a clean install of windows but I can't because of the problem lol, when i switch the m2 that is working in the alienware m2 ports it works in both of them, but the other one is not recognized in the Alienware or the HP, before it was running without any issue...

I have the one with fhd 360hz The m2 of the Alienware worked with no problem when i put it on the Omen, the alienware have two slots for m2 with the cooper
