Chem I'll figure out the motherboard tonight

I have a Dell Inspiron 620 with a Core 2 Duo E5500. I am trying to build a cheap streaming box and tests on my E5500 show there is no way it can sustain 720p@30fps (not gaming on it, using an Elgato) I'd like the highest spec Core 2 Quad possible. If you need any other information, just let me know.
