Update Issue has been solved, main issue was the mismatched ram I have reverted to using single 16gb stick. Thank you everyone for your time and guidance.

Update: I have removed everything from the PC , gpu, ssd, hdd, ram and powered it on. Same no beeps or motherboard lights. Fans spin up and rgb comes up. That's it

Inspect the PCB's revision on the ram sticks and report back to us with an image. Sir I have no idea how to perform this. Also currently its midnight where im located, please can I ping you back tomorrow.

Hey thanks for the guidance, but the system was working fine before the cleaning. Also its a 3060 so 650w psu is fine and its brand. The RAM is Corsair Vengence DDR4 also the system properly reported 32gb ram it was stable too
