Update: I have made a boot drive but it will not show up under my boot devices. I am out of options as to what I could be missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Update: I updated my bios using my laptop to download it. The pc boots and I am able to get into my bios with the 11700k. All of my drives show that they are identified but none will show up for my boot sequence. What should I do?
