New bios update * not drivers for a cpu lol

So I have downloaded the new drivers for the new cpu and chipset when I first got it. I’ve noticed tho. My cpu isn’t boosting past 3,95 but my gpu is fine. Strange

There was a windows update the day before. I checked for viruses there was nothing on windows defender. I haven’t downloaded anything else

So I did bios update it when I first got the new cpu. I’m not dumb haha. I also got the new chipset cuz that’s where you can over clock all your shit on the cpu but I never touched it

no idea what you mean by frequencies and also ive read the bios would be the last thing to do lol
