Hello, I'm trying to stream and record PUBG to twitch but whenever i start my OBS FPS goes down to 10-15... I've tried messing with my settings and disabling my second monitor, capping in-game fps to 60, nothing changes anything. Also, when i stream or record my cpu usage in obs is only 5-10%...

I have an i7 4790 and I just upgraded my ram from 8gb to 16gb... I had to remove the heatsink and didnt have thermal paste to re apply. Now my cpu temps are running high (around 80-85c) and I was wondering if that's okay for a couple of days while I order the thermal paste? Thank you!
