I have a Dell Optiplex 760 (exact same form factor as your 745). I have an HD 6670 in there and it runs no problem. I'm pretty sure the PSU is 235W. It also says on the motherboard, right next to the PCIe slot, the max power the slot provides. Might be different on your board, so check that too.
