    Tough choice since you can't sell a 960GTX for much money so not sure if it justifies spending 50 bucks for aftermarket fans on it...     Thanks, but why is the recommended wattage for GPU is so much higher than what the online power draw calculator estimate? Both newegg calculator and outervision estimates a much lower wattage requirements for my system. Say I leave it like that for a few months should it be fine while I saved...

    Final update frome me: after trying everything including adding a Gammax cooler I ended up RMA the CPU and get a 3600X instead. Results: even better performance and temps never go past 70! So that 3600 must have been faulty. Thanks everyone

    I cant screw the last spring screw any further without risking damage to the motherboard... I guess I d just have to wait for the new cooler with the lock mechanism which will hopefully bypass this...

    Hello, I just build a new system with Ryzen 5 3600 and an ASROCK B450 Pro4-F. Using the stock cooler playing Gears 5 my temps goes all the way up to 95+ at 4055 Mhz Core!!! Idle temps at 55+ with regular spikes to 70+. Case is left open. Ive reseated and reapplied the heatsink and thermal paste...
