I own and Acer Aspire E5-773G and while I am playing LoL I get frequent frame drops that make both my frames and CPU usage drop to 0. These frame drops last for about 2 seconds and it's is seriously bothering me. This started happening AFTER I did an sfc scan to fix other problems.

A command prompt like box keeps popping up. It's called Select C:\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\regasm.exe Don't recommend me an sfc scan because I've already done it.
