Well, I'll be taking my pc into a computer repair shop tomorrow to see if I can get any more help diagnosing the problem, I'll update this if I found out soon.

So I've had my pc built from cyberpower for a year now no big problems except a faulty front io panel. But a few days ago out of no where my pc was off and when I turn it on It boots up and goes to a blank dual uefi bios screen, and it just keeps repeating it, I can't enter the setup system info...

But my build would be slightly over a 1000$ which I wouldn't mind, but overall, I could spend more on cpu gpu and motherboard and less on the case power supply and ram.
